Faye is the best I wasn’t even looking for a new car but Faye remembered that I said I wanted a Grand, all black, with a sun roof...... so out of the blue I get an ale I wasn’t even looking for a new car but Faye remembered that I said I wanted a Grand, all black, with a sun roof...... so out of the blue I get an alert and it’s a video of the car. 😒😒😒 It was definite click bait and she baited me in. This is the second Jeep that I’ve purchased from Faye and both times her service has been exceptional. Faye and I worked together to find the vehicle I wanted because I was extremely particular. Poor quality tires I am very unhappy that we have had to essentially replace three of the four tires on our 2018 Pacifica before we even reached 25,000 miles. There is no problem with the service team but would like to see Thomas Dodge be more of an advocate with the tire company. I am paying top dollar for a high quality van that I am very satisfied with yet don't expect the additional expenditures for new tires. Can someone please follow up with us regarding this? More
