I just bought my second Jeep Wrangler from Thomas CDJR last week. I let them know ahead of time via email that I was interested in the vehicle, as I’m from out of state. I’m a first time buyer and I know they took advantage of me. I bought a used 2017 Silverado. There is a dent on the driver side door and was not informed of the dent when signing paperwork. When I tried to me. I bought a used 2017 Silverado. There is a dent on the driver side door and was not informed of the dent when signing paperwork. When I tried to swap it for another truck of the same price they said I can’t without telling me why. Also the truck smelled and dirty on the inside and was promised they’d detail it. For a day and a half they apparently had the truck “detailed”. When I picked the truck up it still was dirty on the inside and smelled like body odor still. I definitely rushed into buying this truck and learned a valuable lesson with this dealership. Don’t trust a dealer to help you and definitely don’t go Thomas dodge in highland. More
