Poor service while attempting to purchase a new truck The experience I had with Thomas Dodge in Highland was less than satisfactory. I visited the dealership twice. The one salesperson Faye did her best, The experience I had with Thomas Dodge in Highland was less than satisfactory. I visited the dealership twice. The one salesperson Faye did her best, however appeared overwhelmed with other customers. The initial appointment that was made with Mr. Pashe from Fleet was broken when I arrived and discovered that he was not there. A salesperson, Faye attempted to help me, however she was limited to what she could help me with since she did not have computer access to information that I needed. We made another appointment last Thursday, 9-25-14. We my wife and I arrived we again had to wait for service while our salesperson, Faye, was dealing with other customers. After more than an hour, my questions were still not answered. A manager came to us and said that he was going to assign us to another person in Fleet and there would be an appointment made this coming week. We left quite frustrated. I phoned Bobb Group Dodge in Cedar Lake. A salesperson. Dennis appeared eager to help us and we made an appointment yesterday, Saturday, 9-27-14. As soon as we arrived at Bobb we were treated very well and our entire buying experience was completed in a little over an hour. All our questions were answered, we were shown trucks and we were given a test drive. We were also given a fair price and closed the deal. I would recommend the Bobb Group Dodge Dealer to anyone for their oustanding service. I would not recommend Thomas Dodge. More

I found an online posting for the vehicle I wanted at Thomas Dodge Chrysler Jeep And decided to go check out the establishment and vehicle. My experience at Thomas Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Highland was better than my previous experiences with other dealerships. Faye was very helpful, knowledgeable, and honest in respect to the vehicle I was interested in. Additionally, she was really interested in working with me financially to ensure that we were both satisfied with purchase price of the car. That was a huge impact on my decision to purchase the vehicle from there. Seeing the original sticker price of the vehicle was not over the Blue Book Value, and that They were still willing to do some slight negotiating, spoke volumes to me. I am very happy with my vehicle. I purchased the vehicle in great condition in and out (2010 Chevy Camaro RS) and not many miles at all. I am very happy with my purchase price as well. I can honestly say, without reservation I will return years from now when it time for me to purchase another vehicle. Additionally, I highly recommend Thomas Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Highland to others. My purchase experience was hassle-free, quick, and easy; thus, I certain that yours would be the same! More
