Upon contacting him the first time, he took the time to go over the vehicle in great detail and even shot a video walk around and sent it to me. We were about to work everything out over the phone and when my daughter flew in to pick up the vehicle, Federico made it very special!!! Complete with a bow on the car and even sent me a picture. He was extremely nice, easy to deal with and went the extra mile. The dealership facility was incredible, but what really made it awesome was our sales person!!! I was in the car business for 25 years and have seen it all, Porsche North Houston and Federico are top notch in every way! More
