Not the same as Scanlon. Been there three times now and all three times my car has either not been washed and just wet or not wet at all. I also now have a small little dent on the car that was not there before and the customer service is lacking. Trash overflowing in the waiting area. No attendance for the car wash or at the cashier. I can tell you FELIX is great. Very customer service oriented, helpful and very personable. Their text messages are harassing, although I was told that they have stopped. More
