I showed up from my appointment 15 minutes early to find out that they double booked the same timeslot. I waited two hours and 30 minutes for an oil change. The service department could’ve contacted me to out that they double booked the same timeslot. I waited two hours and 30 minutes for an oil change. The service department could’ve contacted me to let me know and I could’ve easily showed up a little later so I didn’t have to wait as long. The service personnel were kind, friendly and efficient. Other than a long wait I would’ve given you five stars. More

The Hyundai dealership was very good to me. They drove me to my workplace and pick me up afterwards.
