They forgot to mention that the vehicle only came with one key before we signed the contract. We assumed that a new vehicle would include two keys. They told us we would have to wait for them to order one key before we signed the contract. We assumed that a new vehicle would include two keys. Well, my husband ended up driving 1.5 hours back to the dealership to have the second key programmed, a month after we got the car, because we had to keep texting and calling to remind them that they still owed us a second key. Aside from that, the buying process went smoothly. We got a good deal, and we like our new SUV. They also didn't perform the final Vehicle Condition Report. More
