At first it was an easy deal but after I signed and sent over my money that was delivered Tuesday, then the communication was horrible. I had to call multiple times a day to figure out if they got the funds over my money that was delivered Tuesday, then the communication was horrible. I had to call multiple times a day to figure out if they got the funds, then I had to call and ask over multiple days when they would ship my vehicle. They told me it would ship on Thursday delivered Friday. We asked for a shipping number or when it would be delivered and no response. On Friday I waited till 12pm for a call or response and got nothing. I kept calling and texting leaving voicemails. It wasn’t until 5pm that I got ahold of them and was told it never was picked up. Additionally I was then told they would make sure to get it picked up Saturday at 7am and delivered same day. I would get a call that night and Saturday morning. I did not get any calls. I called them at 9am I was told they don’t know and they would let us know. My husband then got involved and he was told it wouldn’t be picked up that day. Sunday the dealership is closed. However, my car oddly showed up at 10am. No one ever notified me which is crazy because I told the manager multiple times I would be traveling an hour away all weekend for my sons soccer tournament. All and all they basically just wanted my money. No customer service skills. More
