Fernando has always been very pro active and we always feel he has gotten us the best deal he could. The last time we needed the old tow hitch removed from our car and he had this done as promised. He has always helped us with things after the car was purchased from helping with Sirius problems or the my Chevrolet app. We will always return to MBCC to trade our car and this is due to Fernando and his total all in approach. He sets appointments keeps them and always does what he says he will do. He spends whatever time it takes to get us the customer happy. He has a great sense of humor and is always laughing and happy which make us feel at home. Its nice to feel that we are being treated as a friend not just a customer. We will return when the time comes for our next vehicle. More

Simply put, I love this car and I loved the experience. The particular CTS-V I chose is fast (of course), beautifully built and exactly what I was looking for. I expected to be impressed, to be thrilled with this car, and I am equally both. What I didn’t expect was for the purchasing experience to be such a pleasure. Everyone I met was warm and personable, From my first contact with the sales professional who helped me get a great deal on my favorite car (thank you Fernando!) to the receptionist to the owner, who took time out of his day to come over and introduce himself and every other friendly face who smiled and said hello, All were very kind and attentive and made me feel welcomed and appreciated for choosing their dealership. In addition, everyone was organized and ready when I arrived. It took no time at all to complete the paperwork. After a fun and informative introduction to the CTS-Vs features and operating procedures and having time to get alll of my questions answered, I was on my way. I can’t say enough about what a great experience this was. And I’ve had enough bad and mediocre ones to know just how exceptional a good one like this was I wouldnt hesitate to make the drive again the next time I’m ready for something new.
