Christian was texting me the entire morning and when I notified him that my friend would arrive within 15 minutes, he responded that a specific salesperson would have the car ready. When my friend got there, neither Christian nor the salesperson were onsite. My concern is that nobody from the dealership took the time to call or text until a day later, and that call was filled with excuses, with the dealership not being accountable for their mishandling and inconvenience to my friend.
