They do not respect their customers time. They had my car for 3 days. I called them multiple times each day and received no call back and no updates on my vehicle. The only way I was able to contact someone from the service department is by calling the sales department. After getting in contact with the service department they said someone will return my call. No one ever returned my call in 3 days. More

Communication with Grace was wholly inadequate. I had an 8am appointment and didn't get an update on recommended service until 230pm. I called and texted multiple times between then and 4pm to see I had an 8am appointment and didn't get an update on recommended service until 230pm. I called and texted multiple times between then and 4pm to see if the recommended service (new serpentine belt) could be done that day. There was no response in over 90 minutes, and then they weren't even sure if the service could be done before closing so I declined that service. I will be getting a new belt and having any other maintenance done at another dealership. I will not return to this location. I previously waited 3 hours for just an oil change. This location is understaffed and cannot complete work or communicate timely More
