While everyone is very friendly, they ordered the wrong vehicle (Gas instead 4xe). They found another version that had most of what I wanted, so they brought it in after three weeks. However, they made me sign the lease paperwork at that time, not when the Jeep arrived. Communication is very poor between sales and finance, and between them and us. We had to initiate all conversations and basically harass them for information. Some of the individuals we were working with were transferred to other branches, and we were not informed or transferred to anyone else until we called repeatedly to find out what was happening. So many other details that went wrong, but I will leave it at this. The pluses would be that they did provide us with a loaner while we waited after the wrong Jeep was ordered to be built, and they reimbursed us for the first month’s lease, as we didn’t have the vehicle but were already under lease. The sad part is that my husband had a great experience with his new truck - it was in and out in under three hours. It could have been easier and better. More
