Shady and dishonest In a nut shell, this dealership is shady and dishonest. Our experience was certainly a lesson! When this dealership and their owner Montrose Auto Gr In a nut shell, this dealership is shady and dishonest. Our experience was certainly a lesson! When this dealership and their owner Montrose Auto Group “make a deal” they really haven’t. Once they agreed to the price on a vehicle taking place over 4 phone calls and in person they went back on it because I refused to finance a USED car, when there was no mention of financing before and we had mentioned making a cash purchase. Montrose’s Vice President called me personally when I contacted the corporate office, but, he didn’t seem to be shocked by what transpired nor did he ever follow back up with me, guess this is just how Montrose does business. Additionally, they lied about the warranty (I would lose 3 years). My family and I will spend our money somewhere else other than ANY Montrose dealership, from here on out and we’re set to buy a couple of new vehicles in the next year. Matter of fact, I did last night when I just purchased a Kia from Mentor Kia, apparently they had no issue with accepting my money, oh and I had a GREAT credit score, and they will reap the benefit of making a sale by simply not playing games or going back on their word. My advice stay far away from this place and auto dealership group. More
