Horrible experience My husband and I were there to see a specific vehicle he saw online. Salesman told us we couldn't test drive it, cursed in my presence, wouldn't let u My husband and I were there to see a specific vehicle he saw online. Salesman told us we couldn't test drive it, cursed in my presence, wouldn't let us look around, told us to wait while he brought around a car 10k more than the one we came to look at, wouldn't tell us how much the car was (I looked on the website), bragged about committing fraud to defer student loans, kept looking to only me for approval even though the car would be for my husband, told me I have him a dirty look. The whole time we were both so uncomfortable. I've never been to a car lot where they won't tell you the price of a car..... Ridiculousness. I am flabbergasted by the unprofessional behavior. Went off with his bosses for 30 minutes only to take us out to see a fusion that was not what we wanted.... And wouldn't tell us the price. And even had the nerve to talk badly about MY car (a new Nissan). Guess where we ware going tomorrow? Back to Nissan. More

The experience from start to finish was one of the most pleasant experiences that I have had at a car dealership. We were immediately greeted by Forest Daniels, who was genuinely friendly and helpful. He helped us find a great deal on a pre-owned Kia Forte, which is a perfect car for me. He also went the extra mile and helped me set up my bluetooth and Sirius radio. He ROCKS!! The purchase was finalized with Ben Harrison, who was also very friendly and helpful. I wish I could find better adjectives and adverbs to describe how we were treated by everyone at this location, but I believe I got my point across.
