Unfortunately he was serving another customer when we arrived so he asked Brittany step in to help us expedite the process. She was extremely rude and does not deserve a job in any customer service realm. As we were ready to leave after a disappointing experience with her, Ryan Docherty stepped in to immediately resolve the situation and make things right. If it wasn’t for him, we would have driven all that distance and left without a vehicle. Ryan, Forest, and Dave Coventry were all phenomenal and really made our experience 100% better and worth the trip. Because of them, if we are ever in the market again I would definitely travel to their dealership. Thank you all for your caring and personal touch after a very difficult encounter with Brittany. I appreciate you all immensely and am extremely satisfied with our purchase. More

The manager greeted my son and I, he asked us what we were looking for and he found the right sales person, Brittany Davidson, to help us out. Brittany was friendly, she made us feel comfortable, and she found the right car for me , a 2015 Kia Soul. So far I love my car. Thanks Brittany! I also have to thank Forest Daniels for being such a big help with helping me set up my Sirrius radio, showing me how to us all the features in the car, and just for being an absolute patient person. Thanks Forrest! David Coventry thank you for being helpful and explaining everything to me easily and understandable as I signed all of the paper work for the vehicle.
