I was scrolling through Autotrader not expecting to find exactly what I was looking for when I saw a deal that I could not pass up. I called the dealership to see if the vehicle was still available and spok exactly what I was looking for when I saw a deal that I could not pass up. I called the dealership to see if the vehicle was still available and spoke with Frances Ramos who verified that they still had the car. She sent me a video walk-around and I told her that I was very interested and to not let anyone sell the car before I could get there. I let her know that I was about 2.5 hours away and she assured me that she had the keys in her hand and she would fight anyone who would try to take them. Three hours later, I arrive at the dealership and ask for Frances. The dealership is large but the people knew exactly who I was asking for and were very helpful and courteous in directing me to my sales-person. Frances was immediately on hand and I learned that she had made sure to not take any customers before me so that she would be available as soon as I arrived. She also had my vehicle ready to view and test drive as soon as we walked in. I really appreciated Frances’ attention to efficiency and customer service. She was so efficient that the longest I had to wait was for the finance department to finish with another customer so we could finalize the sale. From start to finish, I think the whole process took about 3 hours. I appreciate both Frances and George, who was filling in for the regular finance person; they made the process of purchasing a car from them feel effortless and timely. I would recommend Planet Lincoln and specifically Frances to anyone interested in buying a used car for a good price. More

Pleasant Experience Visited Dealership to inquire about a vehicle advertised. Was prepared to do battle as usual with salespeople doing the routine trying to grind you d Visited Dealership to inquire about a vehicle advertised. As we have been told by many people they would rather visit a dentist than buy a car from most dealerships. Had a very pleasant surprise at Planet. No hassle, no make an offer, no checking with the sales manager (Depends on whose turn it is to be SM today) and no take over individual if salesperson can't close the deal. Also noted sales people do not work on commission so that eliminates desire for high profit. Frances Ramos and Alex Gutierrez both were pleasant and helpful beyond expectations. Purchase was completed easily and wife and I were on our way shortly. Did not have to spend an hour or better. More
