I was dissatisfied with the service I received. I had an appointment to drop my car off for 8:00 Friday morning to check sensors and antifreeze possible leak. I was not called until the end of day I had an appointment to drop my car off for 8:00 Friday morning to check sensors and antifreeze possible leak. I was not called until the end of day to be told they were not able to get to my car due to staffing issues. They would do my car the following day and call me: neither of the two happened. I called around 4:30, the service department closes at 3 and no one had any information other then if I did not receive a call that my car must not be done. They are closed on Sunday. My husband had to go Monday morning to get out car seat out of the car for our daughter. I called Monday stating if they were not going to do my car today I would have to come get it. I clarified that they do do appointments so it’s unclear why my car did not get done until Monday. The man on the phone asked me when I wanted to have them call me with a status on if theywould be doing my car or not, my response was as soon as someone knows. They called me after completing the car at 1:44. I picked my car up and paid $178.35 for a diagnostic test. Nothing wrong with the car that they could find. Considering trading in my car and going elsewhere that has better customer service and communication. I don’t want to have to deal with this dealership whenever my car may have an issue. More
