Sergio Fragoso was great, he assisted with the test drive which led to us being able to take the vehicle home over night for farther inspection. Neal Jones was the best, he assisted with the actual purchase, setting up the blue-tooth, getting acquainted with the functionalities of the vehicle and making sure that we were happy with everything. Even after the purchase, the following week, Neal assisted with getting the vehicle to service for final tweaking, ensuring that we were 100% happy with our purchase. Mr "not a scratch on it Chuck" I flew in from Texas on Tuesday of this week to buy a used truck (2006 Sierra with 49k miles). The salesman Gavin was very helpful with information an I flew in from Texas on Tuesday of this week to buy a used truck (2006 Sierra with 49k miles). The salesman Gavin was very helpful with information and photos. Then at some point I ended up speaking to Gavins boss, Chuck, who on the phone assured me there was "not a scratch on the truck". I believe Gavin witnessed this statement. I was impressed by that and following that conversation booked airfare to Atlanta. Was disappointed when I arrived as truck was sitting near front door and I could see the scratches even before I reached the truck. Two very long scratches on driver side bed (at least 12" long). The scratches were coarse enough that one of em had lint hanging from the scratch (prob from a detail rag). Hood had many chips in it from probably road gravel or similar small debris. Pass side bed had scratch near tail lamp that was down to bare metal. While Gavin did everything he could to help me out, even he agreed (carefully in so many words) that Mr Chuck had misrepresented the truck on the phone to an out of state buyer. Pretty disappointed in the level of honesty there and for that reason I would recommend Gavin, but not the dealer since the management seems to push the sale even if it means representing the vehicle to someone coming from out of state. Franchely was a very nice lady, professional and courteous. More
