Olivia was very knowledgeable and helpful in taking the time to go over my Juke’s service needs. She took the time to explain services and patiently answered all my questions. Olivia met me immediately w time to go over my Juke’s service needs. She took the time to explain services and patiently answered all my questions. Olivia met me immediately when I arrived at the service door like I was family and did not rush me to the waiting area. She once again went over the services and answered new questions I had. She came out periodically to give me updates and the car was finished to the minute she said it would be. I also want to extend appreciation to Fran who contacted me by phone to soothe my frustration over the robot answering system and how to handle it next time I call to make an appointment. She was very kind and helpful. More
