Still, luckily, a family friend recommended a trustworthy individual who could guide me through the entire process. That individual turned out to be Fransico Garduno, and I'm grateful to say that my friend's recommendation was spot on. From the moment I met Fransico, I knew I was in good hands. He immediately put me at ease and promised to take care of everything. As a first-time lessee, I had a lot of questions and concerns, but Fransico was patient and answered each one thoroughly. He treated me like family and went above and beyond to ensure that I received the best possible deal despite my imperfect credit history. Fransico also gave me all the details of Honda's financial program, which was incredibly helpful. Ultimately, I ended up leasing a Honda Civic Hatchback Turbo 2020, and Fransico followed up regularly to ensure everything was going smoothly. It was evident that he genuinely cared about my satisfaction and well-being as a customer. Fast forward to the present day, and my brother and parents have also become loyal customers of Fransico. My brother purchased a Honda Accord 2021 from him, and just last year, my parents bought a Honda CRV. In each instance, Fransico treated them with the same level of care and attention that he had shown me. As my lease ended in August 2023, I knew I would return to Fransico to purchase my car. He has been integral to my family's car-buying experience, and we're incredibly grateful for everything he has done for us. I was originally going to purchase my car elsewhere but no one had civics which is what I wanted. When I called norm reeves, Francisco answered and told me there was a few.
