I am a very very picky customer and they never once made me feel that I couldn't speak my mind. This is my 3rd car purchase and Joe and Paul have always made me feel at home and welcome. It is because of them I returned again today. I was also fortunate to meet Francisco and Ben. Francisco went above and beyond by pitching in to get my truck prepped and cleaned by helping the detail guys and washing it himself! Ben took over for Paul as it was his day off and took the time to make sure I knew all my terms and that I understood all the financing and protection options for my vehicle. I am in the customer service business. I run two local auto repair facilities and I know how hard it is to find one great employee to make the customer want to come back but to have 4 your dealership is very lucky and they should be commended for there willingness to make a picky customer such as myself feel like my satisfaction was their top priority! My husband and I bought and leased two vehicles within two weeks, and it was all because of Paul (and Francisco) at Green Chevrolet! We were referred to Green Chevrolet by a friend, and we are so glad we two weeks, and it was all because of Paul (and Francisco) at Green Chevrolet! We were referred to Green Chevrolet by a friend, and we are so glad we decided to try one more car dealership. My husband had been looking for a truck, and we were already disappointed by the "games" that were played by some of the other car dealerships we had visited. Paul not only gave us a great deal on our trade-in, he also really listened to what we were able to pay/month on a vehicle and met us there! In addition to our on-site service, we were promptly called and asked our experience in the new vehicle. When my husband had one thing he wanted to change in the vehicle, Paul was willing to give him options and be available (at any time) to answer any questions he had about those options. We are completely happy and satisfied with the whole experience at Green Chevrolet from start to finish, and it was exactly why we went back two weeks later to lease a vehicle. Again, Paul was so helpful and informative about all the leasing options, and he even answered questions we had about the lease on his day off! Not only are we happy with the service we received, we are so happy with the performance of both of our vehicles.
