Best dealership experience in my lifetime I found Franco and crew online via CarGuru or Edmunds. They were immediately responsive, offered great advice and information and no one in a 500 mile I found Franco and crew online via CarGuru or Edmunds. They were immediately responsive, offered great advice and information and no one in a 500 mile radius of my home in Columbus, Ohio, could beat their deal. I didn't feel like prey when I walked in. I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and always helpful employees. Their finance department finished the deal with a rate untouchable by anyone else. It's clear they are in business for the long haul. I will always go back to them, despite the 2 hour drive. That drive saved me just about 4K off the price! More
