Went in with a concern regarding my MX-5's AC system. I had driven this car in the much hotter California summer heat and NEVER had issues with the AC blowing warm. I noticed my AC has started blowing warm had driven this car in the much hotter California summer heat and NEVER had issues with the AC blowing warm. I noticed my AC has started blowing warmer than usual and having very substantial fluctuations in temperature when driving; would blow as cold as it used to after being revved up, and warm up when idling. I recently had a passenger in my car who ALSO noticed the fluctuations. But apparently the service department "could not replicate the issue." I don't know if it's because my factory 3 year, 36000 mile warranty is about to run out and they don't want to fix it for free or if they simply did not care. But now I'm stuck with knowing something is off and they're telling me it's normal, extremely frustrating. That will probably be the last time I come here to service my MX-5. More

I did not receive my complete car check video. Honestly, that is why I still take my vehicle there. I am able to see and hear the inspection provided by the technician. I keep the 2 most current videos for that is why I still take my vehicle there. I am able to see and hear the inspection provided by the technician. I keep the 2 most current videos for reference. I did not pay for my oil change as compensation for not receiving the video. The service representative, Franco, was very personable and apologized. More
