Worst customer service. I bought a rubicon from them - it had a defective crack in the fender and its been a nightmare to get it fixed. They offer a scam lifetime warrant. My Jeep Wrangler had a engine failure under 100K miles and they said the warranty would not cover repairs. They already had to make an engine repair at 27K miles.
