I had the best car buying experience. It had been 18 years since I purchased a car and I was nervous about negotiating and paying too much as well as having add ons at the last minute. This was our first Porsche purchase. We were treated really well from the moment we entered the dealership, where we stopped by to take a look with no intention to buying, to the time we We were treated really well from the moment we entered the dealership, where we stopped by to take a look with no intention to buying, to the time we decided to buy and through the transaction. Both Billy (our sales person) and Frank (Finance) were very helpful and supportive and made our experience very good. Now, we've had the Cayenne Coupe for about a month, we have been really enjoying it and cannot be happier, you really get what you pay for! More

Billy was amazing to work with and I would recommend him to all others looking to buy a new Porsche. However, I'm really disappointed in the management and service. Clearly my wife who got the new Macan to all others looking to buy a new Porsche. However, I'm really disappointed in the management and service. Clearly my wife who got the new Macan Turbo EV had concerns about the rear view camera as well as error messages showing up in her instrument cluster. Billy was trying to help, but I blame the dealership management and service dept for never following up or immediately reaching out to ease her concerns. Even the service appointment they provided was 2 months out. Are you kidding me? I don't care for their attitude Lastly, there was a price mismatch on the vehicle that I had traded in. I was given a check for several hundred dollars less than what I was offered. I asked Frank to check that for me, but never heard back More
