Frank was my salesman. He was great but they didn't tell the truth. I told them I wanted to put no money down and I wanted my money back from the gap and extended warranty He was great but they didn't tell the truth. I told them I wanted to put no money down and I wanted my money back from the gap and extended warranty on the vehicle I was trading in. They knew that up front. After everything was said and done they took the money from my extended warranty and put it as the down payment. I did not agree to that. I feel like they wasn't truthful about it.
