So patient and informative. He walked us through every feature and took the time to explain things. He set up our car play and answered all our questions. I can’t remember his name, please check your records (he’s on Franks team and frank was off that day)and let him know how much we appreciate his help! Your financial lady was also very nice as she shared some personal experiences with her car. When we purchased the warranty . We had the protective shield done on our last cars so we asked for it again on this one . We didn’t get the kit at the time of delivery but it was later shipped to us. Thank you for sending it , it saved us a 45 minute drive each way . We are looking forward to many years in our new CRV ! More
