Great people, Frank really spent time with us and made sure we were satisfied and knew everything about the vehicle! Unresponsive - I received multiple emails for car detailing services. I completed the form to request an appointment and never received a phone call, email, follow-up, etc. I mentioned it at my las detailing services. I completed the form to request an appointment and never received a phone call, email, follow-up, etc. I mentioned it at my last oil change appointment and received no response or show of concern. Difficult to work with - I called to schedule an appointment to fix my screen needs to be reset because it freezes every time I start my car. The service guy when I called said the soonest he can get me in is in 9 months. Lack of customer focus - There seems to be no concern from a service perspective to try to support customers, even if the car was purchased from Soerens. More
