My complaint is with the service department. Twice I’ve had service performed that I neither wanted or asked for (tire rotation). A second complaint is about a prior oil change that when I arrived home, I found an oil spot underneath my Ridgeline in my garage. I climbed underneath and found the oil plug was NOT EVEN HAND TIGHT. Also, my dashboard reminder had not been reset. So my experience doesn’t instill confidence. David Ligon More
