Took truck in for constant squeak from the rear end. Truck was there all day. Problem was never addressed. They sent me a text that it was ready to go. Told me I’d have to wait another 30 min to have someone drive it with me. They had the truck all day. Never called to say they could not reproduce the issue. Bought a used 2023 RAV4 from them this week. All in all, it was a bad experience. First we were told by the salesperson that we could but down 2k to hold it until funds were transferred to my ba All in all, it was a bad experience. First we were told by the salesperson that we could but down 2k to hold it until funds were transferred to my bank. Then we were told, no, we had to write a check for the whole amount and leave it with them to hold until deal was finalized. After writing the check we were told that it wouldn’t hold the car but if I put 2k on my credit card that would work. After demanding to see the manager and telling him how ridiculous they were being he consented to holding the car over the weekend until we could finalize purchase Mon. This was a straight cash sale, no financing involved. The salesperson had little knowledge of procedures and had to hunt for 20 minutes to come up with the second key. We spent about four hours total there. Had we not liked the car we would and should have walked out. Never again! More

This dealer sold a truck with a broken tailight, bed held down with mechanics wire and a xxxxed up loos bed bolt. They put inspection stickers on it and refused to replace anything.
