A very memorable car shopping experience I had been browsing online car ads for months, when the specific vehicle I had been holding out for finally showed up at this dealership. When I called in to confirm it was still available, a very friendly and helpful voice confirmed they would hold the vehicle for me until I arrived later that morning. Upon arriving, I was greeted by that same friendly and helpful person her name was Ashley. Throughout the entire process, she was very professional and knowledgeable, and seemed eager to do whatever it took to make my experience at this dealership pleasant and welcoming. Her manager that participated in the price negotiation process, I believe his name was Frank, also did his part to help make this the most exciting car shopping experience I ever had!
