We had a wonderful experience. Joseph was knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to work with. He answered all our questions, helped us compare vehicles and we never felt pressured Joseph was knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to work with. He answered all our questions, helped us compare vehicles and we never felt pressured. He has even reached out after the sale to help us figure out all the bells and whistles. We also worked with John to complete the paperwork. He was also super nice, had everything prepared for us and made sure to answer all our questions. We were introduced to the service department and have already scheduled our first service! We met owner Frank Mastrovito the day we walked into the dealership and he made a point of thanking us on the day we picked up our new Tucson (which we love)! He has done an amazing job of hiring the right people and setting the tone for an enjoyable buying experience. Details like a March Madness contest and fresh baked chocolate chip cookies actually made buying a car a FUN experience! We have bought many cars during our 60+ years. Mastrovito Hyundai is in a class of its own and we have, and will continue to tell others about this dealership. More
