Excellent car buying experience After doing our homework we narrowed down our choices to the Ford Edge and the Jeep Grand Cheroke. We went to Levittown Ford after seeing their add and checking their inventory on line. They had the model we liked in stock and it was listed at a good price. It was a busy Saturday and we had to wait about 20 minutes before a salesman freed up. Our salesman Frank was very accommodating and asked us to take a test drive before doing anything else to see how we liked the Edge. He had both my wife and I drive it and he explained many of the key features. He was very attentative and patient with us. We both agreed that this was the car we wanted before we sat down to talk price. I was a bit disappointed that the price we got on-line was lower than the price they were asking. Frank was straight with us and very accommodating. We both felt very comfortable with the dealership. This feeling stayed with us as the deal progressed through today. I ended up paying a litttle more than I probably could have gotten the car for but I felt I was still getting my money's worth with the dealer and their reputation. Several people I spoke with gave the dealer high ratings and their recommendation. Frank made sure we got all the incentives that we qualified for and was able to get us a good finance rate. When we picked up the car he spent over two hours with us going over everything and demonstrating the electronic display and controls. We have the car for over a week and he has called us twice to make sure everything was OK and that we didn't have any questions. Both my wife and I felt he was one of the most considerate car salesmen we ever worked with and felt he took a personal interest in seeing that we were satisfied. More

frank was very nice he helped me alot i think he gave me the best deal possible. i give this dealer a very high rating i felt like they were family as soon as i walked in the door. the service department the best deal possible. i give this dealer a very high rating i felt like they were family as soon as i walked in the door. the service department was also wonderful i brought my car in for an alarm and auto start they took me promptley and the car was done when they said it would be. michelle marisa mike and miriam were very nice. i would recommend levittown ford. thanks guys!!! Frank Monteforte took care of EVERYTHING with our new lease of a 2013 Ford Edge! He helped us with all of the paperwork and gave us his full attention and expertise. He also went over features in the car lease of a 2013 Ford Edge! He helped us with all of the paperwork and gave us his full attention and expertise. He also went over features in the car that we were not familiar with and was super accomodating even though we were 1/2 hour late for our appointment! This place is absolutely terrible. I set up an appointment and visited this place from NJ. It took me 2 hours to get here. the dealer agreed to trade the car and began to prepare the paperwork to appointment and visited this place from NJ. It took me 2 hours to get here. the dealer agreed to trade the car and began to prepare the paperwork to do a trade between my sports edition F150 GTR Tuscany: a $48,000 truck brand new. Mine has 45,000mi in perfect condition.. leather interior with tons of features and an absolutely fantastic ride. They agreed to trade me an F350 Lariot with 100,000 miles head to head for my construction business. This truck was rusted on certain areas.. had duck tape around one of the intake pipes that had broken.. had dents on the truck.. and the interior was in ok but old looking interior.. I agreed and said that I would come back the next day with my father so that he may sign the title over to them. I spent an entire day evaluating both trucks. and came back home. The next day I return there with my father. We check out the truck one more time and agree to do the head to head trade. we spent 6 hours total trying to see if I was getting an "ok" deal for my beautiful F150. This time around, another 3 managers spooke to me and NEVER introduced themselves. I did not know who I was speaking to most of the time. when we prepare to sign. After all that hassle and having already agreed to do the straight trade as their truck had been in the dealership for over 3 months and my truck would sell in a week, he gives a paper to sign off on a credit check form. I ask them what is this for. He says it is a credit check. He kept avoiding the reason he was asking for a credit check until we pulled it outta him. He wanted to xcharge us an additional 10,000 for the truck, by giving us only 10,000 for my truck instead of the 20k agreed on the day before. I could not BELIEVE how sneaky they were. I was about to be screwed over 10k by sneaky unprofessional clown sales people. FURTHERMORE, my friend inquired about the truck in person and they increased the truck price by THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS just like that. When I told him the actual price, my friend was outraged. I would NEVER deal with this place again and I suggest you GO SOMEWHERE ELSE because these were the epitome of bad sales reps. It is salespeople like these unprofessional sneaky clowns that give sales a bad rep. I know I am probably wiriting to much but I am furious at how they wasted 12 hours of my life and then tried to screw me for 10K and my friend for 3k. I wasted 2 tanks of gas to get there and 40$ in tolls because they lied, mislead, tried to manipulate, and deceive me, my friend who came in separately, and my father who is 60 years old. I want the public to KNOW about these horrible people. More

Buying cars/trucks is not my favorite thing to do, the negotiating, playing the game, etc....I went to two other dealers on the island and even one over the internet in Main over a period of 3 months look negotiating, playing the game, etc....I went to two other dealers on the island and even one over the internet in Main over a period of 3 months looking for this specific truck package that i wanted. All three had the presumptuous " car salesmen" personalities. When i went to Levittown Ford as my last dealer to visit, I met with Frank Monteforte and i knew this was the guy i was going to buy my truck from. He was easy to deal with, no pressure, returned phone calls, wanted to find me the truck i wanted with all my options and gave me the best price out of all of them, especially on my trade in. I would highly recomend him and i definetly will go back to buy my next work or every day vehical from him in the future. More

Professional and courteous, Frank was able to locate and secure the car we were looking for with no problems. After a very bad experience, we called Levittown Ford to talk to someone else to attempt straigh secure the car we were looking for with no problems. After a very bad experience, we called Levittown Ford to talk to someone else to attempt straighten out a mess caused by another dealer. Upon explaining the problems we were having, Frank got to work straight away to make things right and get us into the car we wanted. He was very helpful and efficient, and everything went smoothly. Levittown Ford is a great place to go and I would highly recommend it. The atmosphere is positive and everyone is friendly and efficient. See Frank, he did right by us. More

Came in to get a price on a Fusion for my elderly parents. I had already had a very competitive price from another dealership. Frank sat with me and was able to work out a deal that gave me more ca parents. I had already had a very competitive price from another dealership. Frank sat with me and was able to work out a deal that gave me more car and yet was still able to match the price. There were never any hard sell tactics. It was honestly one of the most pleasurable car buying experiences I have ever had. We were able to handle all of the transaction in under 2 hours and then 2 hours later we came back and drove the car off the lot. The entire staff at Levittown Ford was knowledgeable, honest and straight forward. I would highly recommend to anyone interested in purchasing a Ford or Lincoln to deal with Frank and the staff at Levittown Ford. More
