They're a team that obviously cares, they keep you informed if it will take longer than quoted and they also update if there is any new info to be given out while waiting. When I took my car in a few weeks ago maybe 5 weeks. Told service center there is rattling on front right side. They checked it out and said they are ordering the part and it’s under warranty. When we got ready to leave yesterday we ended up having to pay $200 out of our on pocket. Come to find out the part was only for a 36000 mile. With that being said we have the extended warranty with nissian which we got through Hinesville Nissan. The young lady apologized for her mistake and said she should have caught it but she didn’t. Ok apologies excepted but we should not have never had to pay the 200 being it was not our mistake when we could have used our extended warranty for this.. we could have saved 200 being that we are retired and that’s why we paid to have that extended warranty.
