30 yrs in the car business, Im a big sports fan (Yankees,Giants), Baseball is my first love and the joy on customers faces when I shake hands and hand over keys to there new vehicle is right up there !! Im a true believer in turning my clients into friends, I have customers from 20-30 yrs ago who still call me for assistance and have sold cars to there kids who where babies or not even born yet when we met, Thats an amazing feeling !! This is first used car buying in 15years. Found the car I like on web and went to shop to take a look Saturday. Frank from auto avenue is amazing - very quick and friendly without hassles. In 2 hours we finished test drive and best setting fitting to my budget. Jackie in the payment department is also amazing - very clear instructions of the paper work. Monday I brought a bank check and drove car home. Strongly recommend auto ave. Another happy customer and will refer my friends when they look for cars. More
