This dealership is a fraud. We paid their service department over $4K for repairs only to continue to experience the same issues. When we took it back to them, they wanted anoth We paid their service department over $4K for repairs only to continue to experience the same issues. When we took it back to them, they wanted another $5K to do more repairs to which we said no. Then we took the car to get a second opinion and were told that several of the repairs they said they did were in fact not done. On top of that, no one at the service department will respond to us about the issue. They are just crooks plain and simple. UPDATE: Just got a call from the service manager and of course, they admit no wrong doing whatsoever. Additionally, they tell us NOW that because 6 months had passed, there was nothing they could do to help us. It's just crappy customer service from start to finish and rather than fix the original problem like they were supposed to the first time, they just want more money. Shameless and disgusting. Don't ever go there; they are crooks plain and simple and have no consideration for the customer at all. More
