Williams Chevy service shop was great and I miss Eric. Now that it is I.G.Burton, the service shop absolutely terrible. Put my truck in for LOF (lube, oil, filter) and $240.44 later, I got no grease on Now that it is I.G.Burton, the service shop absolutely terrible. Put my truck in for LOF (lube, oil, filter) and $240.44 later, I got no grease on the upper and lower ball joints on the left or right side, no grease on tie rod ends, pitman arm, idler arm or u-joints on the driveshaft. Oil change and filter was it. I didn't even get a sticker for when the next service was due nor did they reset oil life in the computer on the dash. I guess the I G in I G Burton stands for I GOTCHA.
