Very good service .The young man in charge was courteous and kept me updated on how things were going and asked if I needed anything. They even found a problem with my vehicle that needed fixing that I was and kept me updated on how things were going and asked if I needed anything. Nice people but WAY TO SLOW. Not in a hurry to get people out. I have been in 3x for something that should take 5-20. Each time took 45-hr to be completed when it was completed. I have been waiting 2 wks now out. I have been in 3x for something that should take 5-20. Each time took 45-hr to be completed when it was completed. I have been waiting 2 wks now to hear back about something on my car and nothing. When got car each step took 45min. at least. We were there 4hrs plus each day. Very disappointing for nice people but no rush to get back to you. Too many employees and a lot or just sitting around talking or goofing off. More

The associate Frankie and sales rep Jose' was very professional and helpful. I was at the wrong location for my 1p appointment for an oil change, and Frankie was patient and understanding. He assured professional and helpful. I was at the wrong location for my 1p appointment for an oil change, and Frankie was patient and understanding. He assured me that there would be no problem receiving service even though I didn't have an appointment at that location. The time of service was fair, I didn't have to wait long. In addition, Frankie told me the services that my jeep would need in the near future. He showed exceptional customer service! More
