Dealership was helpful in making the sale. Franklin was great in keeping me informed while I was waiting. He is very personable. Only downside was there was a 5-6 hour wait to get my car. Franklin is the absolute best! !! He helped my fiance get his car 2 years ago and when my lease was up we knew we had to go back to Franklin! He listens to what you want and your bu !! He listens to what you want and your budget, while also providing multiple options to weigh. Not only is he super helpful but he is a genuine, kind and wonderful person who truly makes an effort to know and remember his customers. When I come back to Honda I will only work with Franklin.
