My overall experience in purchasing my new car at toyota was very satisfactory. I was greeted with exceptional friendliness and this continued throughout the whole visit from beginning to end. He truly was concerned that I was pleased with every detail, I liked the idea of free oil changes for 2 years and the fact that he explained the technology of my new car. I went there with the intention about the run-a-round with the price, but that didn't happen. There was no hassling, no pressure and this was by far the best I've ever been treated when purchasing a car. Fred was a great salesman. Showing us many different cars and explaining all the options for each. Florence Toyota staff was friendly and not the typical "pushy" auto dealer staff as found at many other plac and explaining all the options for each. I feel that I was given a very fair price for the auto we chhose and I was extremely happy with the service we received. Being a sued car, there were a couple of items that we wanted worked on and Fred and used car manager was more than happy to make sure we were set up witha n appointment before we left the lot to have those items taken care of.
