Dealing with Lincoln is the worse experience I've ever had. I traded in my MKZ for a Cadillac and they sent my lease payoff a month ago to them. Lincoln Financial CAN accept my payment checks but they C had. I traded in my MKZ for a Cadillac and they sent my lease payoff a month ago to them. Lincoln Financial CAN accept my payment checks but they CANNOT accept a payoff check. Instead of sending the check to where it needs to go, they return it to Cadillac which took a week. Now, they sent the payoff to Parks Lincoln who sends it somewhere else....REALLY??? They have had it 4 days and won't apply it without an odometer statement which was sent the 1st time. Good luck calling someone to help as they don't want to be bothered with you once you pay them off. I WILL NEVER BUY A FORD/LINCOLN AGAIN. More
