Typically, you never know what you're getting and you never know if everyth I purchased a used car from Planet Lincoln - always a daunting experience. Typically, you never know what you're getting and you never know if everything they know will be shared with you. Everyone, from the Sales Concierge, to the Finance Manager to the Sales Manager to the Director of the dealership was open, honest and warm. They allowed me to take the car, which was an rare thoroughbred, to a specialized mechanic for an extensive workup. When the results showed that the car had some deferred maintenance, they adjusted the price to make the overall value compelling. Only after I closed on the car did I learn that they had made sure it had excellent tires & brakes, perfect glass, new oil & filter, wiper blades, battery, etc. They never boasted that the car was good; they made it good. Well after the sale, they remained available for any questions. I drove 320 miles from New Orleans to buy this car from them and would drive twice that for this level of service, quality and integrity. Simply the best. More
