Laid Back, No Pressure Environment! I went car shopping at DCH Acura last Monday to look for a newer vehicle. I was greeted by Fred, who made me feel comfortable at the showroom and he I went car shopping at DCH Acura last Monday to look for a newer vehicle. I was greeted by Fred, who made me feel comfortable at the showroom and he showed me around and guided me through the available cars there. I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. But Fred Hill took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. The process was quick and painless — the Fred and the dealership made the process smooth and easy. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. We were still finishing up after closing hours and I did not feel rushed at all!! I'm so happy with my purchase! even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the bluetooth with my phone, etc. I highly recommend DCH Acura. It was worth the hour drive to get there. More
