I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I emailed Sidney and scheduled an appointment for 10:00 AM to see a vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I was specifically assured that the car would be pulled up and ready for a test drive when I arrived. After driving more than an hour to the dealership, I discovered that no one was there. We waited an entire hour for someone to show up, only to be informed that the vehicle I had come to see had already been sold. What makes this even more frustrating is that no one contacted me beforehand to let me know the vehicle had been sold or to reschedule my appointment. A simple phone call, email, or text could have saved me over two hours of driving and wasted time. The lack of communication and professionalism was unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. More
