Our 2011 RAV4 had a whine in the drive train ever since we purchased it. When I took it in for service (oil change) I mentioned the whine at a steady forty miles per hour to Fred Olson and he took the car we purchased it. When I took it in for service (oil change) I mentioned the whine at a steady forty miles per hour to Fred Olson and he took the car out for a test drive along with technician Chad but said they could not hear the whine. I took the car out for a test drive along with Chad and he said he could hear the whine at forty miles per hour. Chad said he would put the car on the rack to determine exactly where the noise was coming from. Fred called me and said Toyota had agreed to put in a new transmission. The whine is gone and my wife and I are extremely happy with our RAV4 and very pleased with the service at Liberty Toyota. More

I spoke with Mr. Fred Olson on the phone on Wednesday regarding purchasing new tires for my Scion XA and also having an oil change. He was very helpful when it came to brand of tires, and giving me the price breakdown. He scheduled me the next day for service and was very prompt at answering my questions. My wait was very short when I came to the dealership. I was greeted by Jacob (?), Bryson, and Fred. I was also very impressed that Mr. Olson knew who I was as soon as I came in!! Great service! Bryson provided great service from start to finish. He was quick and efficient when servicing the vehicle. Bryson was so friendly and made me very confident in his work. This was the first oil change in years that I came away from the service that my car did not make noise or shake. The car rides so smooth now and I will definitely be back to have work done by Bryson. I would recommend this service to any one of my friends who live in the area!
