First off I would like to thank Fred Zeiba and Walace Langame for there amazing customer service answered all of my questions and went above and beyond for me to get my new car. For me as a first time buyer I thought I would never be able to get a brand new car but these two guys made what I thought was impossible possible. Fred showed me everything about my new car inside and out and was very friendly and told me every single detail about my car and Walace made it possible and affordable for me to purchase my car and took me step by step about everything in purchasing my car leaving me with no questions and a huge smile on my face. I just want to say thank you Fred and Walace for everything you have done for me and for whoever is reading my review and is thinking about buying a new car I would highly recommend comming to the Toyota of Braintree and asking for these two guys to help you cause they will help you every single step of the way!!! More

Satisfied cutomer My wife and I recently purchased a 2014 Toyota Rav. We were a little bit apprehensive as we approached the entrance to the dealership. The thought My wife and I recently purchased a 2014 Toyota Rav. We were a little bit apprehensive as we approached the entrance to the dealership. The thought of dealing with the stereotypical aggressive sales person turned our stomachs. However, our fears were quickly put to rest once we met a young salesman named Fred Zeiba. Fred was very informative about the vehicle and was never pushy. He showed us several different editions and was very patient answering all our questions. At no time did we feel any pressure from Fred to purchase the Rav including after the test drive. After our initial visit, we returned home to process all the information Fred gave us. A couple of days later (after crunching the numbers) we called Fred and asked if him if he could do any better with the asking price--Fred said he would see what he could do. After speaking with his supervisor, Bob Keough they did LOWER the price to a figure we were able to afford. In the future, I would not hesitate to purchase a car from this dealership. Went in to get Service, and ended up upgrading. I chose this dealership because I have heard tremendous reviews about the place and they were better then anybody I dealt with. I was up there the other day trying to get a new key for my Scion Tc and while waiting I was looking at the Scion Tcs when Fred Zeiba approached me and asked if I needed any help. I told him I was waiting on service and was just looking around and asked him why there were not any Scion FR-S in the showroom. He said they had a few and we went and checked them out. We then went for a test drive in one and loved it much more of an upgrade from my last car and since I needed a few things done to my Tc I thought it might be time for an upgrade. At every point through the purchase of the vehicle, Fred provided excellent customer service to me and my buying of my first new vehicle very easy and I appreciated it a lot with how fast the process was with my busy schedule. I didn't intend to buy a car but I decide to upgrade and Fred was a big help in that process. I would recommend Fred to anyone I know or my friends to go to Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree because they really know how to treat their customers right. More

I wanted that car -- I didn't need a new car, but I wanted that car. Fred approached us and asked if we wanted any assistance. We told him that I was interested in getting info on this car. He was very responsive to our inquiries. From the time we met Fred to the time I drove off, It was a great experience. Kenny Tempro and Fred took a team approach to getting everything done on time. I feel very comfortable at Toyota of Braintree. We've bought 6 cars from them in the last 8 years. We've always had great experiences at Toyota of Braintree. More

I was referred to the dealership by a friend. We made an appointment with Fred Zeiba. When arrived he was busy with another customer. We had a seat and waited. While waiting the floor mangaer Kenny came appointment with Fred Zeiba. When arrived he was busy with another customer. We had a seat and waited. While waiting the floor mangaer Kenny came over and helped us get the paper work started. We were treated like VIP I was shown several cars and picked out the one I wanted. After a two trips to sign all the paper work I was given my car. I am very happy with the car that I have choosen and would recommend anyone looking for a car to call ahead or walk in and ask to see Fred Zeiba he will treat you like family and get you into a nice car at a good deal. President's Day I decided to take a test drive in a new 4Runnner. Fully expecting high-pressure sales, as I've experienced in the past, I was pleasantly surprised by Fred Zeiba's sales approach. He w new 4Runnner. Fully expecting high-pressure sales, as I've experienced in the past, I was pleasantly surprised by Fred Zeiba's sales approach. He was easy to converse with, not only about the vehicles, but also things in general, which put me at ease, as I realized this was not the car-buying experience I've known in the past. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, very subtle about reinforcing the things I liked about the 4Runner, pointing out the "extras" that I had not seen, but letting me make the decision on what I was looking for and how much I was willing to spend. After looking at some of the different models on the lot, Fred asked me what price range I was in. I replied that I would rather approach this as what I liked visually & what options the vehicle had, and THEN ask for the price. Fred agreed and our future negotiations went smoothly. I was able to negotiate a better trade-in value for my 10 YR old Expedition and a lower monthly lease payment with Fred's help. On my way out, I met Kenny Tempo who thanked me for coming, & made sure that I was comfortable with everything about the vehicle. When I returned later that week to pick up my new 4Runner, both Fred & Kenny were there to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and comfortable operating all the "bell's & whistles" before I drove away. I would highly recommend Tufankjian and plan on returning when it's time for a new vehicle. More
