Great Car, Great Service, No Hard Selling I had the pleasure of working with Sharmeka at Honda Conyers last week. I followed up with the dealership regarding a vehicle I'd been hunting onine f I had the pleasure of working with Sharmeka at Honda Conyers last week. I followed up with the dealership regarding a vehicle I'd been hunting onine for quite a while, and they were more than happy to show it off and let me test drive. Seeing as they were the 6th dealer I'd visited looking for that specific vehicle and was either hard sold (huge turnoff for me) or the car was sold earlier in the day, I was ready to pick up the vehicle that day. There were a couple of things that could have gone sideways that the folks at Honda Conyers really came through with: The first was the financing. Both my fiance and I have good credit scores, but we're young with short histories. Freddie on the account management side of things called different banks numerous times with different configurations for how we were presented to to them (alone, my fiance as the cosigner, me as the cosigner, etc....). In the end, we got a perfectly decent rate that we were both satisfied with. The second was the car itself. During the testdrive, everything went smoothly. It was exactly what I wanted...until the ride home. I noticed a screeching sound with my brakes that were loud enough to make me worry. The following day, I gave the dealership a call, spoke with Sharmeka who would get back to me and say they'd were happy to take a look at the vehicle. They found what the problem was, replaced the part, and didn't charge me as I'd just left the lot. That was huge for me. I cannot thank the dealership enough to take a stressful act like purchasing a car and make it feel like actual humans are just trying to make sure I'm satsified. Honda Conyers has a lifetime set of customers after this. More

In 2018 everyone with a job needs a car especially in country areas. I go to Honda hoping they would work with me. I get approved for a car and they tell me to come sign and get the car. I get there and they tell me the car is not for sale its too damaged on the outside . I just seen the car and I was told it was very dependable so I was confused hearing that information. I say okay lets find another car that can fit me. They show me to cars that I approve of and tell me its in my range . I wait there for like almost an hour and just to get told its not in my range. I waited there like the longest time without a word from any of the other employees who were just watching football on their desk or texting. I wasted over 4 hours over there that i took off work just to get a car that I was told was mine. I'm never going there again thanks for nothing More
