Stopped in to adjust my tire pressure when the weather changed and the service team was fast and had me out in time to be back to work without being late. Freddy started out happy and inviting, however, when negotiations started, he was rude because I didn't want to budge. I questioned the starting price as the price listed on the website and the price h negotiations started, he was rude because I didn't want to budge. I simply asked him if he could do this number I had listed and if yes, then great. If not, let me know as I don't have time to sit here to go back and fourth. I didn't want to waste his time or my time. He aggressively wrote the payment amount down, signed the paper, smacked the pen down, turn the paper to me, and stared me down until I signed the paperwork. Just wasn't a friendly or inviting experience that I've had in the purchase of my previous car. Felt intimidated. More
