Scheduled a Saturday appt for 8 am several weeks in advance - arrived 10-15 min early sat in line for about 45 min while other people around me were being helped. Waited in total maybe 2 1/2 hours for advance - arrived 10-15 min early sat in line for about 45 min while other people around me were being helped. Waited in total maybe 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. Seems like a long wait. I could tell that the staffing was short when you drive in but seems like there could be a better system. The only bright spot was the kindness of Freddy Gorra. Also now I keep getting calls about buying a new jeep which I'm not in the market for. More
