We left two messages over the course of three weeks ended up having to get into our car and drive to the dealership for an update. He had us call to make the appointment at the body shop for our warranty repair work, although the body shop told us the customer does not call the dealership does. received our jeep back so dirty you couldn’t see the repair work that was done. Once the jeep was cleaned, could see the white plastic specs in the black hood that was repainted and could see fine gray overspray over the whole Jeep. Fred told us it was tree sap. Obviously, he doesn’t know enough about cars to know the difference between tree sap, and overspray. More

Having rest warranty work done on my Jeep. Service person, Freddy. After bringing in my jeep, we did not hear anything from him for 2 to 3 weeks so we called and left a message to find out wha Service person, Freddy. After bringing in my jeep, we did not hear anything from him for 2 to 3 weeks so we called and left a message to find out what was going on with our jeep. We never heard back from him. We waited another week call back left another message still no response so we got in our car and went down to the Jeep dealership. He had us call the body shop to make our own appointment for the warranty work although when we did, the body shop said that was unheard of that, the dealership is the one who calls. They did go ahead and make the appointment for us, however. Picked up our Jeep. It was so dirty And had splatters of. Buffing compound all over the hood and windshield. So much so that we could not tell what the work that they did even looked like. Freddy made statements about the Pain on the hood doesn’t match the fender but give it three days and it will change color and match. He also said that it was dirty because they weren’t allowed to wash it. In the end, he did take it back and have it washed and when he brought our jeep back up, you could see and feel the fine spray of overspray from the primer on our windshield fenders, and the tops of our doors. There were also a couple of white pieces of plastic in the black hood that they repainted specs of white. We showed him and had him feel all of the overspray. He took it back over to the body shop to have it buffed out. When we came back to pick up our Jeep he informed us that it wasn’t overspray, but it was tree ASAP. If your people working there, don’t know the difference between drips of tree sap, and a fine coating of overspray they probably need a little more automotive education and experience. I’ve been a body man for 40 years. This was gray overspray.Freddy then told me that it couldn’t have been overspray, but it was trees that because they covered my entire Jeep in plastic and only took the hood off. So my question would be then how did my jeep get so dirty if it was totally covered and how did the splatter from the buffing compound get all over my windshield? One excuse or lie after another from someone who doesn’t know what he’s doing. Poor experience no customer service orientation. Would never recommend. More

Had rust warranty work done on our jeep. Freddie was our service advisor. He does not return phone calls. After waiting 2 to 3 weeks from our initial visit with him looking at our jeep we never heard from him. We called left a message 7 to 10 days later still had not heard back from him. We called again waited another week had not heard back from him so we got in our jeep and drove to the dealership. He had us make our own appointment with the body shop although when I called the body shop, they said it was unheard of the customer never calls. The dealership always does. The body shop went ahead and made my appointment however. We picked up our jeep. It was so dirty and there was so much. Rubbing compound splattered across the hood and the front windshield we couldn’t even see the work that they had done. They were supposed to be repainting the hood due to rust. We did note that the color of the hood and the fender did not match. The service advisor, Fred informed us that wait about three days and the color would change and match. He ended up washing our car so that we could look at the hood we found weight pieces of plastic stuck in the paint our hood is black. There was also a fine coating of gray overspray across the windshield defenders and the tops of the doors. We had Freddy feel this. he took it back to the body shop so they could buff it out. When we came back to pick up our Jeep, he informed us that it was not overspray, but it was tree sap. He said that the body shop had our entire car covered in plastic to protect it. First of all, how did our Jeep get so dirty and how did it have rubbing compound splattered on our windshield if it was totally covered and second of all there’s a huge difference between drops of tree sap and a fine even coating of overspray. Poor customer service don’t appreciate making excuses or being lied to. If your service person can’t tell the difference between tree snap and overspray has no business being a service person. He needs to be educated so that he can give truthful responses to customers. Also paint doesn’t change colors in three days would not recommend this dealership. More

Zero communications Took my ford f150 to be repaired under warranty through endurance, . The advisor said several times that the problem wasn’t under warranty. Called the Warranty company and they explained there was not enough information given by the dealership to process the warranty. I explained to Freddy that they need more information about the vehicle failure, he proceeded to tell me how many years experience he has and this was the process and the warranty has been declined. It wasn’t until I asked him to request an inspection from the warranty company to go to dealership and inspect the vehicle. Something that should have been requested by Freddy after vehicle was torn down . He kept telling me it wasn’t covered until it was inspected. Made several calls to the General Manager and left voicemails, with no call back . Made several attempts to call Freddy’s Manager left voicemails with no reply . The truck has been repaired by a really good technician but it took over a month to get my truck back , I don’t recommend this dealership no cares giving from the GM . Definitely would not purchase a new vehicle from this place . Was asked by Freddy why would you bring a Ford to a Dodge dealership. Nightmare experience. More
